In Math, we are focusing on fractions. We are learning to represent fractions within a region, set and on a number line.
In Writing, we are working on descriptive writing. We started with some visual prompts for writing what we see. We are using adjectives and adverbs to help paint pictures with our words.
In Social studies, we had a classroom debate on whether or not you should keep a fossil if you found it in Dinosaur Provincial Park. There was some interesting points made along the way and some students changed their mind given the points made by other groups.
