Happy Holidays!

We had lots of fun the last two weeks of school. We did some fun winter and Christmas themed challenges with Dash and Dot. Students were challenged with coding Dash to clear the snow out of a square meter area. Working in teams they had to come up with some possible strategies and test them out. We also broke out the xylophone and had Dash play jingle bells. Lots of fun! Enjoy the break and see you in January.

Simple machine challenge

The class was challenged with how to move a cube the length of a meter by using a simple machine. We explored rollers and which size roller is best for moving large loads.
